OVERVIEW
Our newly purchased 3 bedroom, two story, air conditioned Oceanfront home is located in the Gardens of the Kai on Grand Cayman’s North Shore just 45 minutes from the airport. This small community is very peaceful and offers a fresh water swimming pool in addition to the Caribbean Sea being located just step away from our back door. The Ground Level has a bedroom with a King size bed along with a full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen. The Living Room looks out on to the beautiful beach where you can enjoy the sunset every evening. The second level has second bedroom with a King Size bed along with a bunk bed that has two twin mattresses and a full bathroom. There is a screened in porch located just off of the second bedroom. The Master Suite features a King Bed, a twin trundle bed along with a third full bathroom. You can also see the beach from the Master Suite. Our home is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as cable television and wireless internet service that is included for your use.
Our community is very relaxing and quiet, however if you are interested in more activities and night life, the Kaibo Yacht Club is just across the street from our house and offers an upscale restaurant as well as a Beach Bar and Grill. Rum Point is also conveniently located within a short drive and can offer multiple water sports including snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, fishing as well as other island excursion tours.
You might also consider driving (approximately 45 minutes) to Georgetown where you can enjoy shopping, as well as many different restaurants and bars. The Famous Seven Mile Beach is also located in this area and offers not only a beautiful beach but many different water activities and various island tours as well.
